Rihanna’s crappy Beverly Hills is back on the market. Recently, her camp described the home as having “significant water intrusion and moisture issues throughout and enroachment issues.” So it’s no surprise that she’s selling her home for a lesser price than what she paid for it. She got the house back in 2009 for $6.9 million and has set the asking price at only $4.5 million. The California estate has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms….one in every hallway I guess. Back in August, Rihanna filed a lawsuit against the property developer for what she alleged were design and construction flaws which permitted rain to get into the house and cause crucial damage.Word is she is considering all offers as she can’t wait to get rid of the house.
