Over the weekend, Solange Knowles was spotted on the ones-and-twos at Arkadia at the Fontainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach, rockin’ a spotted sequin leopard skirt, bright gold strappy heels, and bright pink lipstick. Recently Solange’s infamous style got her voted onto Vogue’s 2011 Best Dressed List for “Most Stylish Sister” category. Solange tweeted her excitement about getting one of the top spots in Vogue.
