TMZ reports that Bobbi Kristina has suffered from substance abuse for the last three or four years. Meanwhile, Friday, the Houston family held a private viewing for Whitney Houston. The funeral director, Caroline Whigham, told the crowd that had gathered outside that the viewing

NOW they want to send her to rehab? She is of age and can check herself out of rehab. They should have done this at the first sign of trouble.
