Evelyn Lozada Explains Why Wedding Has Been Banned from Miami Hotels

Written by thejasminebrand in Blog

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Basketball Wives’ Evelyn Lozada and her NFL baller fiance, Chad Ochocino, were having a difficult time finding a Miami hotel to jump the broom at. The two, who are filming their reality show “Ocho & Eve” have plans to tape their wedding day, but are having a hard time securing a location. According to reports some of the high-end hotels (like The Ritz) are afraid that some type of altercation or drama may occur and they are HELLA apprehensive. But Evelyn’s camp says that’s not the case. So what’s the REAL reason why the two are having problems finding a venue? Apparently, because they’re such a high-profile couple. A rep tells EURWeb:

“Being that Evelyn and Chad’s upcoming nuptials will be filmed for national television…the majority of high-end hotels in the Miami area prefer not to have cameras on-site nor would they allow their employees to be filmed.”

Makes sense, right?

    :? (smh)

  2. Yo Gabba says:

Nah, they lying like shit. Regardless of the hotel, they would definitely want the exposure to bring in more clientele. The original reports are true, these hotels just dont want violence!

  3. DiamondDoll says:

They are lying. And what is worse, they are terrible liars.

If high-end hotels didn’t want crews to film, then David Tutera would not have his show. He films at high end hotels all the time. So do other celeb wedding planners. At the same time, David also provides services for much bigger celebs than Chad and Ev, so their explanation is blown out of the water.

And since they’re supposed to be getting married in July, the venue should have been booked before June. Good grief, just admit the truth and stop making yourselves look silly by lying.
