okayyy now she is too grown . First the hair cut and the dying of her hair and those wierd hair styles. But now tongue piercing?????. Ummmmmm to grown for a little 11 year old. But if somebody else thats not popular and not famous put something like this on the internet and they are 11 or younger everybody is going to make a big deal out of it and say its to grown and its not cute.
