Does Dawn have a point? With the additions of Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Rowland, etc., are brown and darker complexion girls rare in the industry?

  1. Lovelylegs says:

Yes she has a point. Complextion has always been an issue in the black community. Sad but true.

  2. Ms. Spivey says:

Am I the only one who misses Danity Kane?

  3. Netta B says:

@Ms. Spivey – No! I miss them too. They were an amazing group. #Showstopper

  4. Dubb-B(female type) says:

Danity Kane sucked. I saw them live. But I feel like Kelly Rowland proved that wrong.

  5. kish says:

I love Kelly Rowland but she is strugglin as a solo artist…she has a few hits (which are always collaborative songs) then it gets quiet again

  6. Ché La Chic says:

She needs to take that Pitty Party somewhere else. In my opinion she’s just not sexy, it probably has nothing to do with her brown skin. Call Kelly Rowland to get some tips and stop whining.

  7. Ms. B says:

Love Dawn but there’s a misconception about that. Whitney, Anita, Tina, Gladys, Angie Stone, Chaka, etc. She just needs to channel the greats and do her. She’s an amazing artist in her own right you just gotta keep your face in the game. Bey’s an ultimate performer.. want her status u gotta literally work ya behind off.. RESILIENCE IS KEY! Don’t get discouraged Dawn.
