Quincy Jones III Wants Lil Wayne’s Lawsuit Thrown Out, Says Wayne Should Pay Attorney Fees

The drama continues surrounding the lawsuit Lil Wayne has against Quincy Jones III (the son of the legendary music producer). Here's the backstory. The filmmaker (Quincy) made a 2009 documentary about Tunechi called, "The Carter". Lil Wayne says that Quincy stole the rapper's music to make the movie, hence Tunechi's lawsuit against him. Fast forward to the present day and Quincy just filed legal docs against him, in which Wayne claims he never gave Quincy permission to use his music in the film. Quincy says that he had the right to use several Weezy songs (i.e.  "Lollipop”, “A Milli” etc.) and wants the lawsuit dismissed asap. He also wants Wayne to pay his attorney's fees. According to TMZthe case continues in court today. And in totally non-related news, there's some candid footage from LIV (on Sunday) that a club-goer shot. According to the subtext of the owner of the video, he believes that he's caught Stevie J (LHHA) and Lil Wayne plant a small kiss on each other, on stage, at the club. I don't see it, but hell I'm half sleep. Check the footage out.
