[UPDATE] Chris Brown Returns to Rehab: Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Just a week after successfully completing rehab, singer Chris Brown returned to court Friday afternoon. The court case is in connection to the Rihanna domestic abuse case. According to TMZ, court documents diagnose him as having bipolar disorder, severe insomnia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and severe insomnia. The facility that he received rehab at writes:
Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD….Mr. Brown’s attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities. 
As previously reported, the 24-year-old R&B crooner is on medication for the bipolar disorder and other conditions. During his rehab stint (where he stayed an extra five days), he successfully learned various relaxation exercises, and he tested negative for drugs, including weed. In the legal docs an official from the rehab facility wrote that before rehab, Chris was self-medicating inappropriately. After his court appearance, Chris tweeted the following message:
Never really goes the way u plan. #LIFE
According to CNN, the judge has ordered him to remain in the anger management and drug rehab program he entered three months ago. He is scheduled to remain in rehab until April 23. After the news, he shared the following photo on Instagram:
