Young Jeezy has escaped jail time in the criminal case accusing him of terroristic threats and false imprisonment of his own son, with the Georgia prosecutor dropping the case a day before it was set to go to trial — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.

Earlier this year, reports swirled when Jeezy (real name Jay Jenkins) turned himself in, following a grand jury warrant being issued on the charges of battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threat. He bonded out for $45k.

The charging document in the case stated that the 37-year-old artist and his son were involved in a heated altercation in the home of Jeezy’s bathroom. According to the documents, Jeezy threw his son into the glass shower door, causing him to hit his head. He then allegedly punched him, dragged him into the bedroom and then pummeled him.

According to police docs, Jeezy’s son claims his dad said,

I will put a bullet in your head right now.
