(EXCLUSIVE) Machine Gun Kelly Accused of Lying to Court, Backing Out of Settlement Agreement

The New York Premiere Of Relativity Media's "Beyond the Lights"

Machine Gun Kelly is accused of defrauding the security guard he allegedly threw a bottle of liquor at during a nightclub brawl, by agreeing to settle the legal battle days before the trial was to begin — but then reportedly backing out the agreement and refusing to sign the deal, theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.

A security guard named William Long filed a federal lawsuit against the rapper back in 2012. He accused MGK of using a liquor bottle as a weapon during a massive bar brawl which caused his finger to be sliced open.

Long explained that that MGK threw a bottle at him and the shrapnel nearly sliced off his finger. He claims that he spent 8 days in the hospital and had 2 separate surgeries. He filed suit for unspecified damages. MGK reportedly responded, claiming the security guard had testified multiple times he isn’t sure how he got injured and the bar manager reportedly testified he never saw MGK throw a bottle that hit Long.
