(EXCLUSIVE) 50 Cent: I Need Money to Fight Rick Ross in Legal Battle Over Baby Mama’s Leak Sex Tape

Jackson filed suit prior to a NY Jury slapping him with a $7 million dollar judgement in the lawsuit filed by Ross’ baby mama Lavonia Leviston – who sued the G-Unit rapper for the leak claiming he published it to embarrass Ross and gain publicity for himself. He filed suit demanding that Ross be liable for any judgement Leviston was awarded in her lawsuit.

Then recently, Ross fired back at 50 Cent’s legal battle claiming the rapper’s suit is nonsense. He says he never stated that he planned on leaking his baby mama’s sex tape online.

Further, he denied all allegations by 50 Cent that he was the one who published the original video online. Ross explained that any damages that 50 Cent has endured are the result of the actions of others – who he is not responsible for at all.

Ross also stated that any loss that the G-Unit rapper suffered are due to his own actions and he can’t hold him liable for that.

He demanded 50’s entire lawsuit be thrown out and he not be held liable for any of the 5 million his baby mama was already awarded by the NY jury.

Then on August 11th, 50 Cent filed docs in his bankruptcy pleading with the judge to allow him to pay his lawyer to fight Rick Ross in the legal battle over the leaked sex tape.

The rapper explains that Rick Ross’ baby mama was awarded a total of $7 million dollars in her legal battle against him.

50 Cent is asking the judge to allow him to pay the law firm, Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors, to continue representing him in the suit against Ross. He says that the complaint he filed demands Ross be held liable – due to him blaming him for the leak of the tape – for the full $7 million dollars. The rapper is arguing that if he is to win the case against Ross he could be $7 million dollars richer and would help pay off his other creditors in the bankruptcy.

The rapper states he paid the law firm $200K prior to filing for bankruptcy and is asking the court to allow him to continue paying the firm to fight Ross in court for him.

The judge has yet to make a decision on 50’s plea.
