theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Rick Ross has returned to court blasting the man suing him of injuries he allegedly suffered at his Florida home, with the rapper demanding the entire case be thrown out because the man was drunk and on drugs and it’s entirely his fault he got seriously hurt.

A man named Norbert Martins filed suit against Rick Ross and his mother Tommie last year in Florida court. She demanded the rapper pay up for injuries he suffered at his home.

Martins explained in his complaint back in December of 2011, he was invited to the home owned by Rick Ross and his mom. While he was at the property he tripped and injured herself due to an iron yard enclosure hardware and its attachments being at ground level.

He claimed that Ross and his mom were negligent in keeping the property safe for the guests. The lawsuit stated that due to their lack of care he was injured along with serious injuries including bodily injuries specifically disfigurement. The man filed suit demanding damages for her hospital bills, medical and nursing costs along with the inability to earn income.

Ross blasted the lawsuit saying he had no duty to warn this person of any possible dangerous conditions at his home and wasn’t responsible for his injuries.

The rapper claimed that the allegations in the man’s lawsuit were so vague and ambiguous he didn’t know how to even respond. He demanded the entire case be dismissed and the man be awarded nothing.

Then in January, the judge in the case came back with his decision and sided with Ross. The order explained that he is dismissing the case after hearing testimony and reviewing the case but he allowed the man to amend his complaint to fix the issues he had. The man then refiled an amended complaint recently in the case.

Then on March 4th, Ross returned to court and came hard at the man accusing him of being on drugs and drinking when he was injured at the rapper’s home. Ross explains that he had no idea that his gate was hazardous or that there were any unsafe conditions on his property.

The rapper then goes in hard on the man suing him. He states that at the time of the incident the man was under the influence of drugs and/or alcoholic substances to the extent that his normal faculties were impaired and had a blood or breath alcohol level of .08 percent or higher. Ross claims that due to the man being intoxicated he is at least more than 50% at fault for the injuries he suffered.

Ross is once again demanding the entire case be thrown out once again due to the man being at fault, not him.
