theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Kim Zolciak’s husband has headed to court accusing a home construction company of ruining their Georgia mansion, by damaging their marble and hardwood floors to the tune of $18k+. The NFL’er and reality star has slapped the company with a lawsuit demanding they pay up.

Kim’s husband, Kroy Biermann, filed suit against the Georgia company, Restore Your Floor, and Jeff Miller.

The NFL star explains that last year the two entered into a contract where the defendant was to restore the luster and shine to the hardwood floors in the lower level of his home and restore the luster and shine to approximately 600 feet of marble flooring located in the foyer, hall and downstairs half-bathroom, which he shared with his wife and their children in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Kroy says after the company completed the resurfacing of the hardwood floors, there were areas that looked blotchy and uneven in the coating.

The company came out and applied more coating in an attempt to repair the areas. Shortly after they finished, he called the company and said that it was not fixed and they told him that things would eventually even out after a few months.

He says that within a few weeks of the hardwood floor areas being recoated, the family noticed the work was beginning to flake and peel and completely lose their luster and shine.

Within a few days of the marble floors being restored, he claims they looked like a layer of film had been applied and were dull and hazy — and the marble flooring lost its shine and normal glass appearance.

Kroy says the company has refused to fix the areas they worked on and as a result he has had to spend $15,276.25 for the repair of the hardwood flooring and $3k to repair the marble floors that the defendants allegedly damaged with their work.

The reality star is demanding $18,276.25 for the repair costs along with his attorney fees covered by the company. [Photos: Instagram]
