The judgement will be entered in favor of the woman in the amount of $150k.

Here’s the backstory: A woman named Krystina Clowes filed suit against A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Young Shabba, Ian Connor and Live Nation in federal court.

She stated that on August 3rd 2013, she attended the “Under the Influence” tour featuring A$AP Rocky and Wiz Khalifa, which was put together by Live Nation.

Clowes explained that she in the crowd during the A$AP Mob set (which consists of Rocky and his fellow crew members/rappers along with stylist Ian Connor). During A$AP Ferg’s performance, Young Shabba and Connor jumped from the stage to the crowd and his body “made violent and forceful contact with” her body causing her to crash hard to the ground.

She said she was dazed, shocked and offended that he would risk other’s safety by jumping into the audience.

Following the incident, she tried to have a concert worker take her to the medical station but he refused to make room in the crowd for her to safely reach medical attention. She finally made it to the medical center where she filed a report and then was taken via ambulance to a local hospital.

Clowes claimed she remained in considerable pain and discomfort for weeks following and had to seek additional medical treatment after she learned she suffered a fractured vertebra.

Further, she had to get chiropractic treatment and chemical drug treatments for her injuries. She said she will continue to suffer pain, inconvenience, embarrassment, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of her life, along with future medical bills to treat her injuries.

The woman claimed that A$AP Rocky and his crew have a history of leaping from the stage into crowds and a number of people have been hurt in the past. She blamed Live Nation along with Rocky and his entourage for not preventing this from happening at the concert.

She filed suit against A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Ian Connor, Young Shabba and Live Nation for in excess of $225k for her injuries.

Back in May, the woman dropped claims against some members of A$AP’s crew, but continued on against other defendants.
