EXCLUSIVE: Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Production Stunned After Bloody Reunion Brawl: It's becoming a legal matter at this point.

Misster Ray, Zell Swag

Cast members Ray Cunningham (aka Misster Ray) and Lazell Shaw (aka Zell Swag), who are both new to the show, were involved in a physical altercation. For those who have not watched this season, the pair have been feuding and things have almost gotten physical on a number of occasions. However, during the reunion, their particular fight left production legally concerned.

So what happened? We’re told that while filming, Zell appeared to be apologizing to Ray. While Ray seemed apprehensive about Zell’s words, the apology seemed authentic to the audience and cast members. Sources tell us that Zell actually approached Ray (while he was sitting down) as if he wanted to either shake hands or hug. The source tells us,

Then all of a sudden, Zell just bumrushed Ray, attacking him. He kicked him and went ballistic. Ray was at a disadvantage because he didn’t know he was about to be attacked.

We’re told security attempted to rush the stage, but they were too late.

Zell was out of control. Security wasn’t quick enough.

After the fight, Zell was removed from filming and escorted out of the building. Here’s a clip of Zell addressing the fight.

Sources say that Ray was concerned before the reunion aired and was upset that production put his safety in jeopardy. A source tells us,

Fights happen all the time at the reunion, but this one was different. It felt like he was attacked and it wasn’t provoked.

We hear that Ray plans on pressing charges. Production and the network is concerned that this could become a legal mess.

They’re fearful that he could sue. They can handle a lawsuit, but they don’t need the stigma that this is a violent show. That could have advertising repercussions. They probably won’t even air the fight. It will probably get cut out.

There are also reports that Zell may not be asked to return to the show. Sources tell us,

It’s too soon to tell. They don’t make those type of decisions immediately after the reunion airs. They may feel obligated to bring Ray back because of the altercation, but it depends on what type of storyline he can muster up for another season.

Meanwhile, fans of the show can expect to see a few more interesting things during the reunion – Keyshia Cole’s performance, Alexis Skyy confirming her pregnancy (although she wasn’t on stage while her arch nemesis Masika Kalysha was on stage), Hazel-E attempting to fight Moneice Slaughter, etc.

The reunion is set to air next month on VH1.
