Ex NBA Star Juwan Howard Hit w/ Lien

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Juwan Howard has been hit with three liens over unpaid work done to his Florida mansion. All of the liens against the former NBA star remain active and unpaid.

On June 2, 2017, Drymension Group filed a lien claiming that they worked with Brodson Construction in regard to interior renovations for Juwan’s home. The total amount of work done totaled $250k but they claim he still owes $6,435.47 on the bill for work done last year.

On August 2, 2017, Optimus Structural Design filed a lien against Juwan. They claim that they provided labor, materials and services in relation to work done on his Miami home. The total bill came to $64,375 but he has refused to pay the unpaid balance of $14,750.

On September 5, 2017, Macken Companies Consulting filed a lien claiming Juwan owes them a total of $34,500 out of $186k for work done on the home for development, design and construction of Juwan’s home.

Total of the three liens comes to $55,685.47
