Cardi B – Man Suing Her For $5 Million Over Oral Sex Photo Asks Judge For More Time

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, the man who is attempting to sue Cardi B for $5 million dollars says he needs more time to serve the rapper.

On January 24, Kevin Michael Brophy Jr. filed docs requesting additional time. He explained that he has been attempting to serve the “Bodak Yellow” hit maker with the docs since he filed the lawsuit. However, despite numerous attempts at different locations including personal and business addresses, he has failed to locate her.

Brophy says that he even hired a process server to try and locate Cardi. He attempted to hand off the legal documents to her business WASHPOPPIN, but the address lead to a PO Box that could not accept service for the rapper.

He says when they went to her personal address, they were informed she was infrequently at the property and had not been there for several months. When he contacted a possible lawyer for Cardi, they informed him that they were aware of the lawsuit, but she had yet to retain them so he could not accept the docs

Brophy is pleading for an extra 30 days to try and serve Cardi, because if he can’t serve her then his $5 million lawsuit won’t move forward.

Here’s the backstory:
Kevin Michael Brophy Jr. claims Cardi B allegedly copied his photo without his permission and made it seem like he was performing oral sex on her for her mixtape cover — and now he’s filed a lawsuit.

Brophy, who is a married man with children, says he was shocked to discover a photo of him appearing on the cover of her “Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1,” a mixtape Cardi B released in 2016.

He says she used the pic,

in a misleading, offensive, humiliating and provocatively sexual way to launch her career in music and entertainment.

In his suit, he claims the tattoo visible in the photo is “one of a kind” and it was done over 10 years ago. He is seeking damages in excess of $5,000,000.
