Kandi Burruss Reality Show Axed Over Marlo Hampton’s Demands

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Kandi Burruss’ new reality show, starring Marlo Hampton has been axed.

We broke the story that the Xscape singer and Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star was allegedly executive producing a new non scripted show called “Hot Atlanta”. (click here for the backstory).

Sources tell us last week that the show, which was allegedly called “Haute Lanta” (we incorrectly stated the show was titled Hot Atlanta), has been axed. Sources tell us the show was scrapped allegedly because of Marlo.

She had too many demands and she wasn’t willing to budge. She has some star power, but for a new show, there’s not much of a budget. Marlo wanted too much.

Sources tell us that she allegedly demanded things like “first class flights” and she was,

Just being too difficult to work with.

Other sources tell us that BRAVO may have not been on board with Marlo leaving RHOA for another network, as “Haute Lanta” was to air on We TV.

Sources also tell us that allegedly Marlo wasn’t the star of the show and the series was an ensemble cast that included Project Runway alum Ken Laurence; The Fashion Show alum Reco Chapple; celebrity blogger Funky Dineva; Kontrol editor Julian Clark and more.
