Monday night, model Jessica White, along with a number of other celebs, was spotted on the red (or green carpet), at Jay-Z’s Carnegie Hall show. White stepped out wearing fancy-lace-see-thru romper situation, with a white-opened toe shoe. Sooo, what do you think HAUTE or HOT A** Mess?

I think that this outfit would have looked better with black or gold shoes .
i like this outfit i just think she didnt wear it good. sometimes u can wear clothes or the clothes wear u. this would look better on someone like rihanna she has the swag for it.
