The media (myself included) is making a fuss over Jennifer Hudson’s fabulous new body that she’s been maintaining for the past year (or so). Hudson performed at the Kennedy Center Honors award ceremony Sunday evening and sang “I’m Here” from the 1985 film The Color Purple, for Oprah Winfrey, who was honored.
Hudson, who had a child last year, is a national spokeswoman for Weight Watchers. While on WW (who shortens Weight Watchers like that?), she’s dropped from a size 16 to a size 4. (Damn.)
Are we Mc Lovin’ Hudson’s new physique or does she need to eat another sandwich?
Mattel and Janet Jackson have partnered together to release her (Janet’s) very own special edition barbie doll called, Divinely Janet Barbie.
Proceeds from the doll, which is a $15,000 value, benefit the non-profit organization, Project Angel Food, which provides meals to the needy or those disabled by HIV/AIDS and other serious illnesses in the Los Angeles area.
Hosted by Kathy Griffith, Sunday evening, VH1 aired its special, ‘Divas Salute the Troops’ show that featured performances from Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Paramore, Keri Hilson, Sugarland, Heart and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals. There was also a surprise tribute to Aretha Franklin, who recently had surgery. The show took place at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, Calif.
“I’ll be honest with you, some of these gossip sites, it’s scary how accurate they actually might be or are.” Drake
Apparently, I’m late because I totally missed rumors about Drake (who surprised concert-goers in concert with J.Cole this weekend) coloring w/ one of Lil Wayne’s girlfriends. Drake talks gossip and rumors with Global Grind.
