Sunday evening, artists hit up the Shrine Auditorium stage, for VH1’s annual ‘VH1 Divas’ show. Hosted by Adam Lambert, artists paid homage to musical geniuses like the late Michael Jackson, Donna Summers and Whitney Houston. Congratulations are in order for Elle Varner (real name Gabrielle Serene Varne). The 23-year-old Los Angeles native, has garnered her first Grammy nomination (for Best R&B Song).
And this week, she took her talents to Washington, DC, performing at Constitution Hall. Rocking a skin-tight black polka dot dress, Elle ended her evening with a Grey Goose sponsored dinner at ‘Ben’s Next Door’. Varner’s close family, band mates and industry folk attended.
