While his co-stars Kirk Frost and Rasheeda may be having conflict, the 41-year-old producer turned reality star prides himself on always keeping it real – especially when it comes to his feelings about his on again/off again relationship with LLHATL castmate Joseline Hernandez and how they choose to handle their business. Stevie J. shares his true feelings for Joseline, how he’s priming her for pop stardom, and being her manager with Vlad TV:

On Changing Joseline’s Rough Look To Compete With Beyonce:

I saw her on the green screen, pokin out – thugged out. Softened it up, sexy it up. Can’t look like that competing with the Beys and the Rihs of the world. Gotta get right. Guidance.

On Where His and Joseline’s Relationship Stands: 

At this moment we’re standing at the bank. We be closin deals. With Joseline I can say this, I’ve seen alot of women in my day as far as business goes – she is going to work seven days a week, so I respect that. As a businessman I respect that, I value that.

On Why He Is Her Manager:

I’m doing this because I have an eye for talent and I know what I believe in and I know what the people want to see and it’s paying off.”

Stating that he is indeed Joseline’s official manager, Stevie J. has no plans of stepping out of the spotlight anytime soon even among controversy those around him, including the drama from his friend Benzino. In his world, business comes first. Check out the full interview below:
