[WATCH] Blasphemy Or Entertainment: Kanye West Brings Jesus Out For Seattle Show
Let’s give ’em something to talk about!
Kanye West has made it crystal clear that is is a self-proclaimed genius and he’ll continue to push the artistic envelope as much as he can. Case in point? This weekend’s concert. Rocking Margiela and a fresh pair of Yeezus 2 sneakers, Ye kicked off his tour in Seattle, giving concert-goers a two hour set. The Chicago-bred’s visuals included symbolic masks (4 to be exact) worn by Yeezy, dancers, over-the-top displays (he performed on top of what appeared to be a mountain), etc. His set also included a few rants, an emotional moment (when performing ‘Hey Mama’) and a what many are buzzing about Sunday morning, his Jesus impersonator.
Before beginning his ‘Jesus Walks‘ song, a Caucasian Jesus impersonator had a brief conversation with Kanye telling the rapper:
Kanye, Kanye. I didn’t come here to make bad people feel good. I came here to make dead people alive. To show people life. The life of truth and beauty.
See Ye and Jesus in action:

Next stop? The Yeezus tour will be hitting Vancouver, with Kendrick Lamar performing with a live band. No word on if Jesus will be joining.
