Faizon Love Blames Jay-Z For Recent Killings Of Rappers, Says He Was Never A Drug Lord: This N*gga’s A Puppet

Actor Faizon Love expressed a strong opinion about rapper Jay-Z during a recent interview.  While talking about what our culture needs, Faizon Love mentioned that he recently reached out and apologized to music producer Battlecat to put to rest any issues they may have had in the past, citing that this is what the culture needs today.

During the sit-down with VLAD TV, it was discussed how hip hop wasn’t always attached to killings and murdering one another. Faizon Love began to explain that rappers are getting killed, what seems like every week,

“because they don’t understand, and, I criticized him for it…because it’s kind of his fault. When Jay-Z creates this whole drug dealer drug lord, I’m a drug dealer, I’m a drug lord… these kids…and they just ‘we gotta do it too to be like Jay-Z,’ not knowing that this is all made-up.”

He went on to discuss how Dehaven (Jay-Z’s alleged former drug business partner) played the primary role in their business and that while Dehaven was putting in work, Jay Z “was eating chips.”  Dehaven, however, attributes 50% of their former drug business and his success to Jay Z.
Faizon Love later goes on to say,
“This n*gga’s a puppet.”

This comes at a time where rappers such as Pop Smoke, Mo3, and Nipsey Hussle have been shot and killed at an alarming rate.
