Renni Rucci Calls Out Judge Who Sentenced Boyfriend Foogiano To 5 Years: He Blatantly Called Someone The N Word In Court

Update #2 (May 5th): Rapper Renni Rucci has publicly responded to her boyfriend and fellow rapper Foogiano being sentenced to five years behind bars.

She took to social media to slam the judge who handed him the sentence, alleging he has been prejudiced against black people.

She wrote in her Instagram stories Tuesday (May 4th),

“Judge William A. Prior of Greene county, GA called out for blantantly calling someone the N word in court.. returned from his suspension and is back as senior judge sending more brothers and sisters to jail… this shouldn’t be allowed because it shows racial prejudice.”

She urged her followers to call the Georgia American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to remove him from the bench.

She later added,

“So after yesterday we found out a lot of other families loved ones received the harshest sentences possible in situations that have been handled differently when dealing with inmates of other ethnicities let’s do what we can to make sure people [like] this don’t have the power to play with the lives of others”

She also posted a message on her feed that says, “Free Foo” and shared photos and videos of them together.

Original Story (May 3rd): Rapper Foogiano has allegedly been handed a five-year jail sentence.

Authentic Empire CEO Boomman confirmed the news on Twitter.

As previously reported, the Greensboro, GA native was arrested by a U.S. Marshal’s Office task force on a fugitive from justice warrant in Memphis this past March.

Foogiano allegedly took off his ankle monitor and disappeared for three months after being released on a $50,000 cash bond in Greene County in December 2020. That arrest stemmed from him violating his probation. The monitor was later found in Barrow County.

While in jail, Foogiano threatened to slap singer Trey Songz for appearing to shoot his shot with the rapper’s girlfriend Renni Rucci.

His time in jail could be a storyline for Renni Rucci as theJasmineBRAND broke the news that she’s allegedly joining Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

Foogiano rapper was also named in an ongoing lawsuit along with rapper Gucci Mane, filed by the estate of a victim in a July 2020 shooting at the Lavish Lounge in Greenville, South Carolina. Authorities said Jarquez K. Cooper, a member of Foogiano’s entourage, opened fire into the audience from onstage, killing two people and wounding eight. Foogiano and Gucci Mane were not charged in the shooting.
