Fired Michigan Football Coach Sherrone Moore’s Actual Mugshot Released After Allegedly Breaking Into Woman’s Home Amid Affair Allegations
Former #Michigan football head coach #SherroneMoore’s real mugshot has been released by authorities nearly a week after his arrest, following the circulation of a fake photo on social media.
The booking image, taken by the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office, shows Moore in a black shirt with a tired expression and red eyes after he was taken into custody on charges including home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering. Court filings detail how Moore’s legal troubles began after his relationship with a University of Michigan staff member was exposed, leading to his firing.
Prosecutors allege that Moore drove to the woman’s home and forced entry before making alarming threats, including saying, “I am going to k!ll myself. I’m going to make you watch. My blood is on your hands. You ruined my life.” After law enforcement responded, Moore was booked and later released on $25,000 bond with conditions including wearing a GPS monitor and attending mental health treatment. He’s due back in court next month.
