Naughty By Nature’s Treach Blasts Daughter Egypt Criss’ Team After Brutal Boxing Debut Knockout
Egypt Criss’ first time in the boxing ring ended in a tough loss — and her father, rapper Treach, isn’t holding back about how it went down.
Criss, the daughter of Treach and Pepa, recently stepped into the ring for her boxing debut but was knocked out in the second round after facing Olympic-level competition. Her opponent, Jade Jones — a two-time Olympic gold medalist in taekwondo who recently transitioned into professional boxing — ended the fight after landing a series of heavy left hooks that dropped Criss.
Footage from the bout quickly circulated online, with viewers pointing out the noticeable experience gap between the two fighters. Some critics questioned whether the matchup was fair, noting that Jones entered the ring with years of elite combat sports training under her belt.
The moment was especially emotional for the family, as Pepa was reportedly in attendance and was shown on the broadcast during the fight.
Not long after the knockout, Treach took to social media to vent his frustration, appearing to blame people around his daughter for putting her in a dangerous situation.
“To my darling daughter Egypt… when you marry a clout-chasing clown… and have him train you… what did you expect? … y’all put my daughter in harm’s way,” he wrote.
The fight comes after Criss previously called out social media personality and rapper Chrisean Rock for a potential boxing match — though it remains unclear whether she plans to continue pursuing a career in the sport following her debut.
