theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Diddy, Faith Evans and Voletta Wallace Wallace (Notorious BIG’s mother) are blasting a man suing them over the late rappers debut album, claiming his legal battle over royalties should be dismissed.
A musician by the name of Lee Hutson filed a federal lawsuit against Bad Boy Entertainment and the estate of Notorious BIG (real name Christopher Wallace) – run by his ex-wife Faith Evans and mother – claiming the rapper stole a of sample from his 1973 song “Can’t Say Enough About Mom” for his song “The What” on his 1994 album “Ready to Die“. He demanded 50% of the profits made from the song and album.
