Jada Pinkett-Smith Opens Up About Marriage to Will Smith: I know he’s attracted to other women.
This week, Jada Pinkett Smith visited the Stern Show this morning for a candid interview with Howard that saw her opening up about everything from her role as Fish Mooney on “Gotham”to her relationship with Will Smith.
During the interview, Jada speaks candidly about what marriage means to both her and Will. The 43-year-old actress admits that marrying at 25 was simply was too early for her.
It did work out, but let me tell you: It worked out in a way that thank God I had a husband who’s a gangster partner. Taking that road from 25 to 44.
Speaking on how they’ve maintained their marriage thus far, she says:
We have traveled and you’ve gotta be strong. It takes work — you know that! Here’s the deal, Howard. You’ve gotta trust who you’re with. And at the end of the day, right, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man.
Jada tells Stern that she trusts Stern as a man:
Here’s what I trust: The man that Will is… is a man of integrity. He’s got all the freedom in the world. As long as Will can look himself the mirror and be okay? I’m good.
She also joked about how their fame would uncover any alleged affair.
I’m gonna know anyway. It can sometimes [suck] if you’re not clear about where your man is.
