Chris Brown is denying reports that he attacked a fan while at a club in Cannes. Reportedly, a man named Malek Mokrani says that while at a club/concert hosted by Chris, he was attacked by the singer. The incident took place on May 18th. Here’s footage of the incident.
Mokrani filed a police reported and says that he suffered head pain. Meanwhile, Chris has responded on Instagram. See his response below.

It looks like Chris was trying to get away from the guy who was on the floor and he stepped on his head trying to step over him.
I’m not so sure this was intentional. It looks like he was on an edge and was trying to get past someone, and stepped on the guy in the process. His head is parallel with the bar, stage, whatever Chris was walking on. His face afterwards kind of looks like either”yeah, I did it” or “wtf, dude?!” I can’t tell.
