Lalah Hathaway does not agree with fans bringing phones to her concerts. The soulful singer allegedly posted a lengthy social media message, calling out concert goers who use their cell phones to record her performance. She says,
You are not at the zoo. You are not the paparazzi. Put your phone down at my show.

People should probably not go to her concerts. That would solve the problem.
I totally agree, it’s a major distractions, and it’s rude. People have developed a real sickness to separate themselves from their phones, and enjoy life.
She’d better be happy anybody is till going to her concerts-what has she done lately????????
I am not a child. This is the day and age that people are streaming live videos and taking pictures. Get with the times. It is not good for your brand to chastise people on what they should be doing at a concert that you put on, but that I still had to purchase a ticket to come see. I enjoy her music…but I think she acted in the moment of anger when she wrote her message. She should have waited a day or two to write something, as it likely wouldn’t have come out so harsh. IJS!
