“True To The Game” Movie Sequel On The Way
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, a ‘True To The Game’ movie sequel is underway! The original film premiered last September and was based on Teri Woods’ novel of the same name. It was directed by Preston A. Whitmore II and starred Columbus Short, Andra Fuller, Vivica A. Fox, Nelsan Ellis (in his final film role) and Jennifer Freeman. The project was produced by Columbus Short, Andra Fuller and Nelsan Ellis.
Sources tell us that a sequel for the movie has already been green lit.
The book has a die-hard fan base and that translated to the movie. Fans really came out and supported it and producers are moving forward with a sequel.
No details surrounding the plot or cast have yet been shared.

Don’t get me wrong I love this book but the movie should have went straight to Netflix
I watched this movie and it was not based on the Terri Woods story to me. The movie was weak as hell.
