EXCLUSIVE: Timbaland Sued by Man Who Bought His Miami Mansion
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, the legal battle with Timbaland (real name Timothy Zachery Mosley) and a man that is staying at his Miami mansion continues. The music producer has now been hit with a lawsuit.
As previously reported, earlier this year, the 46-year-old music producer sued who he referred to as a squatter living in his Miami mansion. Timbaland sold the home to Will Zamora, but then the escrow never closed and the man wouldn’t leave the property. The home buyer who refused to leave, responded to Timbaland’s lawsuit saying he invested hundreds of thousands in the home and wasn’t leaving.
Here’s the latest: Zamora has taken his own legal action, suing Timbaland. He claims he rented the home from Timbaland while escrow was closing and the property needed “extensive repairs and much upkeep”, which Timbaland allegedly could not afford to provide – including the maintenance of the yard and pool and repairs.
Timbaland offered to sell the home to him for $2.7 million. Zamora claims to have paid and continues to pay all the charges for the home including maintenance fees, property owners association fees,
insurance, utilities, normal care and repairs. He says he’s spent $350k+ on repairs.
He says the music mogul promised he would sell him the home, but allow him to live there while escrow closed. Despite the oral agreement and repairs being done, he says that Timbaland is now trying to
sell the home, but NOT to him. He is suing for unspecified damages. Zamora also wants a lien put on the home, along with the judge to order the property to be foreclosed on and the profits go to pay off the lien before any money goes to Timbaland.

Who starts spending on a home before ESCROW closes? The home was not his until it closed, so until then, he was investing in someone else’s home.
THIS GUY SOUNDS CRAZY WITH BAD CREDIT OR TAX ISSUES WHICH IS WHY HE HASN’T GOT A LOAN AND CLOSED ON THE HOUSE. AT THIS POINT HE’S JUST A RENTER PROBABLY ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH TENANCY AND HAS NO OWNERSHIP OR CLAIMS TO THE PROPERTY. HE’S JUST TRYING TO BUY TIME, KEEP A ROOF OVER HIS HEAD AND GET HIS ISSUES SETTLE SO HE CAN BUY THE HOME………JENNY JONES!!!
He’s an idiot for investing in a home that isn’t his.
