Did ‘Single Ladies’ Give Stacey Dash the Middle Finger?

After the season finale, rumors continued to buzz that the ‘Single Ladies’ actress Stacey Dash would not be asked to return for a second season. As you recall, tension between Dash and LisaRaye had already taken place while they were filming. Two weeks ago in an interview, I asked LisaRaye if there was any reason why Dash had not been promoting the show in the media and/or public.

LisaRaye explained…
I don’t know…you would have to ask her that. I know for me, every chance that I get I’m going to mention ‘Single Ladies’ because it’s a job that’s gotten me back to doing what I do, which is my reality show—although it’s different–but me being back to scripted (TV) allows me to show my craft….and that is my acting. I don’t know what she do. I don’t care what she do. You know what I mean? But I’m here and I’m going to always talk about ‘Single Ladies.’
Fast forward to the present day and entertainment reporter, Jawn Murray tweeted and referenced an In Touch story that said that the show was in the process of finding a replacement for Dash. He tweeted:

On Monday after the season final aired, LisaRaye tweeted:
