Mary J. Blige Snags Beyonce On New Album

The journey continues…. Mary J. Blige is set to release her new album “My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act 1).” This album will be a continuation off her “My Life” album she released almost 18 years ago in 1994. Her track list includes 14 singles and the deluxe album includes an extra 3 tracks. Beyonce, Nas and Ricky Rozay will also make an appearance on MJB’s album. Bey will be featured in “Loving a Woman,” Rick Ross will be on “Why” and Nas will be on the “Feel Inside” single. Some of MJB’s previous albums include No More Drama, The Breakthrough and Reflections and Growing Pains. Word on the street is that her newest single called “25/8” will be released on VEVO on October 17^th. On the new album, MJB explained: “The first “My Life” I didn’t understand why I was in so much pain….This one adds another level of understanding.”

Producers for this album will include Yeezy and Swizz Beatz. P.S. MJB is booked this November 16th for the “Black Girls Rock” Awards + her own 2-hour special on BET called “Mary & Friends.” Peep the”25/8” track. Source
