Ben Gordon is making headlines over his recent arrest.
According to reports, on Monday (Oct. 10) former shooting guard for the Chicago Bulls Ben Gordon was arrested at LaGuardia airport in New York for allegedly hitting his 10-year-old son. Following the alleged incident, Ben Gordon was waiting for a flight to Chicago when Port Authority police prevented him from getting onto the flight and cuffed him at 8:45pm.

Sources claimed that his son was escorted by an aunt and taken to Long Island Jewish Children’s Hospital for evaluation. Gordon awaits the charges pending against him at Port Authority police station house. Police sources claim the two officers who were a part of the arrest received minor injuries, although no reports state how or where they were injured. This isn’t the 39-year-old’s first time behind bars. In the past he was arrested for an alleged assault and robbery back in 2017. The Mount Vernon native was also arrested for driving with a forged license plate and setting off fire alarms inside his Los Angeles residence when there was no fire.
