Lisa Bonet Files For Divorce From Jason Momoa 2 Years After Split

Looks like Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa’s marriage is officially over.

Actress Lisa Bonet, 56, is seemingly ready to end her marriage to fellow actor Jason Momoa, 44, according to new court paperwork.

“The Cosby Show” star recently filed court documents asking a judge for “a dissolution of marriage.” The new filing comes almost two years after the pair announced their separation in January 2022.

While the former couple initially announced their separation via a joint statement on Instagram, Lisa Bonet noted in her filing that their true date of separation is October 7, 2020. Lisa and Jason Momoa share two children — Lola and Nakoa-Wolf — and the actress is requesting joint physical and legal custody of the minors. Neither party will be granted spousal support.

It’s reported that the pair may have a prenuptial arrangement in place, as their separate property and assets are “agreed between the parties.”

Lisa was previously married to singer/actor Lenny Kravitz, 59. The two share a daughter, actress Zoe Kravitz, 35.

While Jason and Lisa married in 2017, they’d been dating for a long time prior. They met and started their relationship back in 2005. Now, it appears the former love birds are committed to co-parenting their children.
