Diddy Facing New Lawsuit, Woman Claims Record Exec & His Head Of Security Violently Raped Her In 2001
Another person has come forward with serious allegations against jailed music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a woman named Thalia Graves claims in a newly filed lawsuit that she was violently raped by Diddy and his head of security Joseph Sherman in 2001. At the time of the alleged incident, Graves was 25 and in a relationship with one of Diddy’s employees. While at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City, the woman says she was lured into a meeting with just Diddy and Sherman and given a drink “likely laced with a drug that eventually caused her briefly to lose consciousness.”

Allegedly, once she came to, Graves found herself bound and restrained as Diddy and Sherman brutally sexually abused and violated her. Graves says the men raped her anally and vaginally, but she never reported the incident out of fear they would use their power to ruin her life, as she claims they threatened to do if she shared what purportedly took place. According to the suit, Graves has dealt with suicidal ideation and had to undergo extensive psychological treatment as a result of the alleged rape.

Unfortunately, she claims to still suffer from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks. The woman also says in November 2023 she learned that Diddy and Sherman recorded the “horrific rape” when they showed the alleged footage to multiple men in an effort to humiliate and degrade her and her boyfriend.
Graves is suing Diddy, Sherman, and Bad Boy Records for damages.
