Diddy’s Lawyers Accuse Feds Of Spying On Him Behind Bars, Claim Constitutional Rights Were Violated
Diddy’s legal team is accusing the federal government of spying on him while he’s detained, claiming his constitutional rights were violated.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s attorneys argue that the feds worked with prison staff to monitor his confidential communications with his lawyers, hindering his ability to prepare for trial. They claim the government unlawfully accessed handwritten notes between Diddy and his counsel, even taking photos of them and sending them to the prosecution.
The legal team also questions the raid on his cell, which was justified under the guise of a security concern, suggesting it raises doubts about how the notes were obtained.

This update follows a major win for Diddy’s team in November when a judge ruled that the prosecution must remove copies of the notes from their files until a formal hearing decides whether they can be used in the trial.
Diddy, who faces serious charges of s*x trafficking and racketeering, has yet to secure bail, with this raid playing a major role in the hearings.
