Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna Says ‘Compelling Evidence Proving Tory Lanez’s Innocence’ Will Be Released In 36 Hours
Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna is demanding a fresh review of Tory Lanez’s 2020 $hooting conviction, claiming that new evidence will soon exonerate the rapper.
In a post on May 19, Luna called on California Governor Gavin Newsom to reexamine the case. The following day, she wrote, “We have compelling evidence proving Tory Lanez’s innocence, and it will be released within the next 36 hours…Those who rushed to call for his incarceration… should prepare to be held accountable.”
Her claims gained traction after Tory Lanez’s legal team, alongside the nonprofit Unite the People, introduced a new affidavit from Bradley James—Kelsey Harris’ former bodyguard.
“Bradley James filed a sworn affidavit that Kelsey said she fired the shots that night,” said attorney Walter Roberts.
It’s unclear what the evidence could be.
