Tory Lanez’s Legal Team Launches ’36HoursLater’ Website Alleging Suppressed Evidence & Witness Contradictions In Megan Thee Stallion Sh**ting
Tory Lanez’s attorneys are doubling down on their claims of a wrongful conviction—this time with a website.
On May 29, Tory Lanez’s legal team launched 36hourslater.com, an online hub of what they call “suppressed evidence” aimed at proving the rapper did not shoot Megan Thee Stallion in 2020.
The site includes claims that Megan Thee Stallion initially told police she stepped on glass, points to a witness saying a woman fired the gun, and highlights the absence of Tory Lanez’s DNA on the weapon.
“Key inconsistencies, unreliable testimony and missing evidence prove Daystar Peterson was convicted based on a flawed and incomplete narrative,” reads a statement on the site.

This legal blitz follows reports that Tory was stabbed in prison on May 12 and coincides with a viral petition—now with 300,000+ signatures—demanding his release. Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion and her lawyer continue to reject Tory’s claims, labeling the website’s contents as misinformation.
