Diddy’s Attorneys Deliver Closing Arguments In S*x Crimes Case, Say He Lives A ‘Swingers’ ‘Lifestyle’ But Isn’t A Criminal

Diddy’s defense team delivered their closing arguments today (June 27) in his s*x trafficking trial, claiming that while he might be a “swinger” when it comes to “lifestyle” and “freak offs,” he’s not a criminal. His lead defense attorney told the jury:

“He did not do the things he’s charged with. He did what he did. But he’s going to fight to the death to defend himself from what he didn’t do.”

He added of Diddy’s “freak offs,” which prosecutors claimed included coercing women and male escorts to take part in s*xual acts:

“They are swingers. This is their lifestyle.”

He went on to call Diddy and Cassie’s relationship “complicated” and “a great modern love story.”

During the trial, Cassie, who dates Diddy for a decade before they split in 2018, took the stand and accused Diddy of verbal, physical and s*xual abu$e.

Diddy is charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Jury deliberations begin Monday (June 30). If he’s found guilty, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
