Halle Berry’s Ex-Husband David Justice Says She Proposed After 5 Months, Admits He Left Because She Didn’t Cook, Clean, Or Seem ‘Motherly’

Halle Berry’s ex-husband David Justice recently opened up about their brief marriage.

The former MLB player appeared on the All the Smoke podcast, where he spoke about his relationship with the Oscar-winning actress, and how the negativity surrounding it began after he decided to leave.

David, who was married to Halle from 1993 to 1997, claimed she proposed to him just five months after they met. He went on to say that, at the time, he didn’t feel Halle embodied what he expected in a wife, as she allegedly didn’t cook or clean.

He also admitted he decided to leave because he didn’t see a future with children, saying Halle didn’t “seem motherly.”
