Cardi B’s Gynecologist Testifies He Never Saw Rapper Assault Security Guard In 2018 Incident: “It Was An Epic Yelling Match” [VIDEO]
A key defense witness took the stand in the ongoing civil a$$ault trial against Cardi B.

Dr. David Finke, a Beverly Hills gynecologist who treated Cardi in 2018, testified that he never saw the rapper spit at, hit, or threaten former security guard Emani Ellis during their confrontation.

Finke described the incident as an “epic yelling match” but said things never turned physical between the ladies. He also told the court he believed Ellis acted unprofessionally during the encounter and that her firing was justified.

Ellis, who lost her job following the ordeal, said Cardi a$$aulted her while she was working security at a Beverly Hills medical office. Cardi has denied the allegations.

Other defense witnesses, including a receptionist from the office, have also disputed Ellis’ version of events.
The trial has now entered its fourth day, with more testimony expected in the following days.
