Diddy Denied New Trial As Judge Cites Overwhelming Evidence Ahead Of Sentencing
Diddy has hit another legal wall just days before his sentencing.
A federal judge denied the music mogul’s requests for a new trial or an acquittal in his s*x-trafficking case.

Judge Arun Subramanian made it clear the government “presented overwhelming evidence of Combs’s guilt under the Mann Act,” including testimony from both Cassie Ventura and “Jane,” as well as corroborating texts and emails. “A new trial is not warranted,” the judge concluded.
Diddy aka Sean Combs, who was convicted in July on two counts of transporting individuals for prost*tution, had argued that the trial was unfair and prejudicial. But the judge shot that down, saying the jury showed restraint by declining to convict him on other counts like arson or forced labor.
With his sentencing set for October 3, Combs is facing a possible 20-year sentence. Prosecutors are pushing for over 11 years. His team is requesting just 14 months.
Yikes. What are your predictions about the sentencing?
