Let’s hear it for Teyana Taylor and Michael B. Jordan!
The two actors have plenty to celebrate today after officially landing their first #GoldenGlobe nominations. #TeyanaTaylor is up for Best Supporting Actress for her role in One Battle After Another. The film’s director, Paul Thomas Anderson, also scored a nomination for Best Director. Released in September, the movie boasts a powerhouse cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Tony Goldwyn, and #ReginaHall.
#MichaelBJordan earned a nomination for Best Performance by an Actor (Drama) for #Sinners, which premiered in April. The critically acclaimed project, written and directed by #RyanCoogler, racked up several nods, including Outstanding Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, Best Screenplay, Best Original Score, Best Original Song (for “I Lied to You”), and Best Director.
