Pooh Shiesty Reportedly In ‘Good Spirits’ Despite Being Denied Bond & Labeled Flight Risk In Alleged Gucci Mane R*bbery
Pooh Shiesty appears to be staying mentally strong despite a recent legal setback, according to his attorney.
Attorney Bradford Cohen told TMZ that his client remains in “good spirits” and is focused on fighting the charges moving forward.
The Memphis rapper was denied bond during a federal detention hearing in Dallas, where a judge ruled he posed too much of a flight risk amid the ongoing case tied to an alleged January 2026 incident involving Gucci Mane and his affiliates.
While Shiesty showed signs of stress in court—shaking his head and appearing visibly uneasy—his legal team says his mindset hasn’t wavered.
Cohen also pushed back on the prosecution’s claims, questioning the lack of tangible evidence.
“What we didn’t hear today was [that] there is no contract — this mystery contract — they have no contract. They have no video of this alleged signing of a contract. They have no g*ns, no jewelry — they have none of that physical evidence,” he said.
He added, “What they have is allegedly five individuals… that is allegedly cooperating with the government and making these allegations…”
Despite the bond denial, Shiesty’s team is preparing for the next phase of the case.
