[Update] Keke Wyatt Accused Of Pointing G*n Out Car Window & Thratening Woman During Heated Custody Exchange: ‘I Can Blow Her Br@ins Out’

R&B singer Keke Wyatt allegedly pulled out a handg*n and thr*atened to sh**t a woman during a heated custody exchange in Georgia, according to details outlined in her arrest affidavit.

The alleged incident happened September 20 after officers were dispatched to investigate a domestic disturbance. Police said the dispute originally involved two other people who were meeting for a custody exchange, while Wyatt was present but was not one of the people directly involved in the exchange.

According to the affidavit, a witness told investigators that a fight broke out before Wyatt allegedly retrieved a black 9mm Beretta.

The witness claimed Wyatt pointed the firearm through the window of a vehicle and yelled, “Let that b*tch come over here, so I can blow her br@ins out.”

Police said Wyatt acknowledged that she was holding the g*n during the incident. However, she reportedly denied pointing the we*pon out of the window or thr*atening anyone.

Authorities also said three children were nearby when the alleged confrontation unfolded, which contributed to a cr*elty to children charge being listed in connection with the case.

Wyatt was arrested and booked following the incident. Initial booking information listed charges involving t*rroristic thr*ats, simple a$$aults and cr*elty to children.

The singer was released two days later after posting a $1,050 bond.

Wyatt and her representatives have since disputed portions of the reported charges, maintaining that court documentation reflects only a simple a$$ault charge. The allegations detailed in the affidavit remain law enforcement’s account of what allegedly happened during the confrontation.
