With the end of 2012 quickly approaching, it’s time for “Time Magazine” to announce the nominees for the ‘Person of the Year Award’. The title is annually given to a person who most affected our lives in the news, and embodies what was important during the year.
This year, there are 38 nominees, including Jay-Z, Psy (Gangnam style), Gabby Douglas and Michael Phelps, E.L.
