Over the weekend, Hip-Hop Summit Action Network (HSAN) and PHILANTHROPIK joined forces throwing the HIP-HOP INAUGURAL BALL II. the Jasmine Brand was in attendance (even braving the red-carpet-winter-cold) to check out the event firsthand.
